Prezi
The Prezi is like a creative PowerPoint. I used it to teach students about the lives of peasants during the Medieval Times. It goes through different aspects of life like their clothing, marriage, food, homes, and childhood. I would use this as an aide in a lecture in class. It has pictures on it making it visually appealing, and would help make it easier for the students to take notes since a lot of the material is written on each slide.

Glogster
The slide I created with Glogster would be a creative tool I could use in the classroom. Glogster has the information about peasants clothing, marriage, and food, and then an assignment at the bottom for them to do. This would be a good individual or small group work to do. They have all the information on the page that they need, and then the write their journal entry based on the facts given. Toondoo
The cartoon that I created with Toondoon is a short, fun tool that can be used in the classroom to make class more exciting. The cartoon is a good visual for the students, and helps get the point across. It briefly explains about how peasants had to work in the field, did not get an education, and did not live in castles, but instead in small houses. This would go along with a lecture, and would just be a small visual that would help get the point across to the students. |
